SIMEX - data loggers and controllers
TRIPLEPOINT LTD is the NZ agent for SIMEX and we use a range of their products on our own OEM equipment (freeze dryers, high vacuum displays, fluid cooling systems) for new equipment and older rebuilt equipment.
We keep a range of input/output cards and accessories in stock in Auckland to support our own needs and the local market which also allows local assembly/configuration of CMC logging units.
We can also provide local programming services for customised displays and control needs.
These units are economical and versatile. They can be a great solution to alternative/costly PLC based systems for control/display/logging applications.
The CMC-99 (and the larger CMC-141) loggers can DISPLAY / LOG / CONTROL by way of customisable screens and a large range of available input/output cards. Screens can also feature your own drawing/Image etc of the items being measured and/or controlled.
The smaller CMC-99 for example can feature the following inputs/outputs.
INPUTS:
9 universal inputs max.; 48 analogue inputs (0/4-20 mA or 0/1-5V or 0/2-10V) max.; 48 digital inputs max.; 24 thermocouple inputs max.; 12 RTD inputs max.; 12 counter/ flowmeter/ ratemeter inputs max.; 1 digital input 24V DC (available in standard, integrated with PS3 or PS4 power supply module)
OUTPUTS:
8 analog (4-20 mA) max.; 16 relay (1A/250V) max.; 4 relay 5A/250V max. or 48 SSR outputs, sensor supply: 24 V DC ± 5% (200 mA max. for current inputs)
230VDC or 24VDC power supply options.
Internal programming allows for logarithmic 4-20mA signals from the likes of vacuum sensors and mathematical conversions of inputs.
